Traveling internationally with a pet can be incredibly daunting, but Vicuna made sure it was a smooth, positive journey. We cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone looking to fly with their furry family members!

I had the most wonderful and seamless experience flying with my dog, Harper, on Vicuna Air! We flew from Los Angeles to New York, and it was such an amazing experience. We used the concierge pick-up and drop-off service which was very punctual, comfortable, and convenient. The in-flight experience was absolutely wonderful!

Absolutely incredible company and incredible people! I would give Vicuna Air 10 stars if I could. They transported our dog, Maggie, from New York to Paris and supported us every step of the way. The team was kind, professional, responsive, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. We are so grateful for their care and expertise and cannot recommend them highly enough!

One word: WOW! My Frenchie, Maggie, and I had a fantastic experience flying from London to LA (via NY & San Fran). The experience felt super luxurious and, most importantly, the entire process was completely stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vicuna Air to anyone travelling with their pet. The level of care, attention to detail, and personal service was exceptional.

It was wonderful experience for me and my senior dog Norm. At 14, it was a big decision to move him across the Atlantic but the service from Jamie and the team at Vicuna was first class and made the whole experience calm, enjoyable and stress free.
