1-2 weeks before the flight, there will be a pre-flight video call, so we can properly connect, answer any questions, and start planning the best seating arrangement for you and your pet.

What to expect from arrival to take-off
Pre-flight Walk
We recommend that before being collected by your chauffeur that you take your pet for a long walk to ensure they are relaxed and ready for take-off.
Chauffeur Collection
A chauffeur will collect you from your front door and drive you to one of our lounges.
Parking
There is free parking for anyone dropping you off, and they are more than welcome to wave you off from our private partner lounges.
Socialisation
An hour before the flight, pets will meet and get to know each other in the lounge. This helps us finalise the best seating for the aircraft. It’s also a nice chance to meet your fellow passengers.
Easy Security
Everything will be in order following our pre-flight support. Your passports and pet paperwork have a check, and you will whizz through our private, quick, and easy security. Not a queue in sight.

A short walk along the tarmac to the plane, or if you choose, have a member of our team drive you.

What to expect once you're on board
Arrival
Typically, you are on your way within 5 minutes of landing. There is free parking on site for anyone coming to meet you and your pet.
Microchip Scan
When we land, the local border staff will scan your pet's microchip.
Quick Border Checks
Border checks take minutes, as we have already checked and sent your paperwork ahead of travel day.
