Small and mid-size dogs (think Pugs or Cocker Spaniels) get to travel in our luxurious travel pods right there in the cabin.
Larger dogs get to relax on a lovely sheepskin rug next to one of our Vicuna Concierges.
Cats and other domestic pets, travel in their owners’ carriers, which likewise sit in the cabin next to our Vicuna Concierge.

Simple steps to secure our journey together
A Walk Nearby
Take a walk nearby, at one of our tried and tested dog walks close to our airports.
Arrival
An hour before the flight, drop off your pet – you are welcome to stay right up until we board if you would like.
Socialisation
An hour before the flight, pets will meet and get to know each other. This helps ensure a calm cabin and is easiest for the dogs to get used to each other.
Pre-flight Walk
Your pet will be taken on another pre-flight walk before boarding.
In Flight
Each pet is looked after by our Vicuna Concierge team, who will tend to your pet's every need.
Live Tracking
you can keep track of your pet’s flight on flight radar, and we will send you regular updates and WhatsApp photos of your pet relaxing to keep you in the loop.
In The Air
What to expect once your pet is on board
Arrival
When we land, we clear your pet through customs for you. Within minutes, you can reunite with your pet in the lounge or arrange direct transport.
Post-Flight Walk
As soon as they land, we will gladly take them for a quick walk and if they are hungry, we will give them some food – always according to your instructions.
Pickup at Lounge
When picking up your pet, relax in the private lounge with tea, coffee, or a gin and tonic - with all amenities you would expect when in the private jet world.
Door-to-Door
If you can’t be there, arrange for your pet to be collected and dropped to you by selecting Biscuit Class Plus when booking your flight.
