Biscuit Class

Your pet can fly without you.

Your pet travels in the cabin, in a seat, with a Vicuna Concierge beside them for the whole journey. Trained in dog handling, certified in canine first aid and CPR, and with no other job on that aircraft. From $4,900, with no human seat to buy and no concierge fee on top. Pricing varies by weight, and more than one pet can travel if there is capacity.

K9 Jets publishes that it does “not transport pets unaccompanied” and does not provide “third party handlers to travel in place of the owner”. Bark Air offers a chaperone through its Companion Concierge service, charged separately from the flight. Ours is already on board.

Honestly

We are not the cheapest on every route, and we do not fly everywhere. Flying east to London we are $50 above Bark Air and $105 above K9 Jets. Coming west we are around $600 below both.

Bark Air flies direct from New York to Lisbon, Los Angeles, London, Madrid, Paris and San Francisco. K9 Jets lists destinations across North America, Europe, the Middle East. Where we don’t serve your final destination, they may be the better booking, and we will say so.

don’t just take our word for it

The best pet airline out there. Let’s start with the fact that they get back to you within 30 min when you message them with any questions this is before I had even booked. I contacted other well know airlines and they did not ever reply to emails or calls. The flight itself was fantastic. The food was amazing and freshly prepared on the flight! We had a great time and I don’t think I have ever said that about a flight ever before!

Absolutely incredible company and incredible people! I would give Vicuna Air 10 stars if I could. They transported our dog, Maggie, from New York to Paris and supported us every step of the way. The team was kind, professional, responsive, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. We are so grateful for their care and expertise and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Better than other dog flight options, by a mile.

One word: WOW! My Frenchie, Maggie, and I had a fantastic experience flying from London to LA (via NY & San Fran). The experience felt super luxurious and, most importantly, the entire process was completely stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vicuna Air to anyone travelling with their pet. The level of care, attention to detail, and personal service was exceptional.

It was wonderful experience for me and my senior dog Norm. At 14, it was a big decision to move him across the Atlantic but the service from Jamie and the team at Vicuna was first class and made the whole experience calm, enjoyable and stress free. Many thanks for helping Norm relocate for his retirement years in Hollywood!

10/10 flawless service! We found Vicuna when we were looking for travel options from New York to London. From the first phone call, before I had even booked, Vicuna were calming, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. Worth every single penny, in my opinion. They have fantastic expertise, kind and knowledgeable staff, and they made us feel valued and calm every step of the way.

I had the most wonderful and seamless experience flying with my dog, Harper, on Vicuna Air! We flew from Los Angeles to New York, and it was such an amazing experience. We used the concierge pick-up and drop-off service which was very punctual, comfortable, and convenient. The in-flight experience was absolutely wonderful!
