Pre-flight Preparation Check-list
3 Months Before
Documentation & Health Check
We email you an invite for the document uploader portal, or it can be found via manage my booking to find out all the requirements for your journey. We will advise all the specific pet documentation you need for your exact route, including any timeline requirements for your pet. For Furs Class and Biscuit Class PLUS, we prefill any regulatory forms (for example the US to UK health certificate) ready for your vet, and manage the entire process. You should check yourself for any visa or passport requirements.

If your dog is flying Biscuit Class, start getting them used to their dog pod so they are completely prepared for their journey. You should have your vet’s appointment booked (we recommend booking your vet immediately after you book your flight).

On The Day

A Walk Nearby
Take a walk nearby, at one of our tried-and-tested dog-walks close to our airports.
Private Lounge
Just an hour before the flight, arrive at our FBO private lounge.
Parking
There is free parking for anyone dropping you off, and they are more than welcome to wave you off from our private lounges.
Socialisation
An hour before the flight, pets will meet and get to know each other in the lounge. This helps us finalise the best seating for the aircraft. It’s also a nice chance to meet your fellow passengers.
Easy Security
Everything will be in order following our pre-flight support. Your passports and pet paperwork have a check, and you will whizz through our private, quick, and easy security. Not a queue in sight.
To the Aircraft
A short walk along the tarmac to the plane, or if you choose, have a member of our team drive you.
